Mailchimp's previous website wasn't quite hitting the mark with larger businesses looking to use its products. In the eyes of many of its customers, the website's emphasis on whimsical brand imagery wasn't properly conveying the sophistication and power behind Mailchimp's suite of products.

To better speak to our products robust capabilities, our team redesigned the sight from the ground up. The goal of this redesign was to design a website that communicated technical prowess and precision, while still celebrating our eccentric brand personality—to strike a balance between the expert and the absurdist.
